What to expect.

You will run the deli operations under the direction of the Store General Manager and lead a team of fresh food coordinators. The environment is fast-paced yet rewarding. It will be your job to make sure we promote sales growth through food service execution, ensuring your teams are well trained and providing world-class service in the location to deliver Clean Places, Friendly Faces to our customers.

 

To get started, we ask a few questions.

•             Can you work flexible shifts—including nights, weekends, and holidays?

•             Do you have 2 or more years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience?

•             Do you have 2 or more years′ experience supervising and training 5-10 employees?

•             Do you have a valid Driver License?

•             Are you considered to be at an intermediate level with computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel?

_Clean Places, Friendly Faces.__ _It's been the guiding principle at Love's for more than 50 years, and it's leading us into the future. We're passionate about serving drivers with clean, modern facilities stocked with plenty of fuel, food and supplies. Love's has two primary kinds of stores. Our_ __'Country Stores'___are fueling stations with a convenience store attached. The larger '_Travel Stops'__ _are located on interstate highways and offer additional amenities such as food from popular restaurant chains, trucking supplies, showers and more.
