Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a talented Executive Pastry Chef to join the team!
This gorgeous 62-acre property has 1,240 rooms, over 60,000 square feet in banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 7 restaurants, 2 bars, and a coffee shop.
In this role, you will oversee the baking and pastry program for all the food and beverage outlets across the property managing a team 12-14 culinarians and reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with a passion for driving creativity and a talent for developing others. At least 3-5 years of pastry chef experience with a background in hotels is required.

What will I be doing?
As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will oversee pastry production for all of the outlets on the property.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Create/prepare/produce/bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes for restaurants and banquets.
Decorate pastries/cakes with creativity and skill.
Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
Train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff.
